For the last decade, Dr. Ragu Murthy has had the privilege of serving his community as an invasive cardiologist and founding director of a hospital based vein institute in Jacksonville, Florida. A cardiologist in high demand, Dr. Murthy pioneered and performed deep and superficial vein procedures — from advanced stage vein disease, blood clot removal and rebuilding venous structures to treatment of symptomatic varicose veins. Through his work at a 400 bed busy urban hospital, he healed wounds, relieved debilitating pain, restored people’s ability to walk, and improved their quality of life.
Dr. Murthy is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, a distinction with rigorous standards for education, experience and evaluation. Dr. Murthy earned his undergraduate degree and did his Cardiology training at the University of Florida. He is married to his best friend, Priyanka, an attorney and entrepreneur, and dad to an energetic preschooler.
Dr. Parikh takes great pride in improving the quality of life of his patients. His goal is to return the joy of a stroll in the park with family, a night out dancing with friends, and a good night’s sleep to each of his patients’ lives. As one of the most well-respected interventional radiologists in North Florida and South Georgia, Dr. Parikh brings a high-touch, science-first approach to healing his patients through prostate embolization (for enlarged prostates), and genicular artery embolization (for knee pain), and uterine fibroids. In addition, he has successfully treated patients with blood clots in the lungs, bleeding, kidney cancer, spinal fractures, and other complex conditions.
Dr. Parikh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He graduated from medical school in the top 10 of his class and was awarded induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. He completed a residency and fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Parikh lives in Jacksonville with his wife and their three daughters.
Courtney is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. With over 15 years of training and experience in the Jacksonville community, she is proud to call it home. Her passion is helping patients heal complex wounds and enhance their quality of life through advanced treatments and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and their four young children.
Dr. Bateh takes great pride in helping patients heal, regain mobility, and return to the activities they love. As a board-certified podiatric physician, he specializes in wound care, diabetic foot management, and the treatment of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. His approach is grounded in safe, conservative, and evidence-based medicine, delivered with compassion and personalized attention.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Dr. Bateh is honored to care for the community that shaped him. He is especially passionate about treating complex wounds and helping patients improve their quality of life through advanced, thoughtful care designed to get them back on their feet.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Bateh enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
Morgan is a Nurse Practitioner with more than eight years of nursing experience, specializing in adult and pediatric wound care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances her patients’ quality of life. Believing that education is a vital part of healing, Morgan strives to empower patients and their families through clear, approachable teaching.
A Jacksonville native, she enjoys performing in local musical theater productions and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Bella.
Brian M. Rivard, MMSc, PA-C, is an interventional radiology physician associate with more than 20 years of experience in medical imaging, the last seven dedicated to performing image-guided procedures. He has a special passion for minimally invasive venous interventions and dialysis access, helping patients improve comfort and quality of life.
Brian moved to Jacksonville to earn his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and has called the area home ever since. Drawn to Well&You’s focus on whole-patient wellness, he brings both skill and compassion to every encounter. He and his wife, also a PA, are proud parents of two young adults beginning their careers in healthcare, as well as his wonderful step-daughter who is thriving in high school.
Anna brings over five years of critical care expertise to champion exceptional patient care at Well&You. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida, Anna holds a Compact State RN license and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Her leadership in ICU and progressive care at some of Jacksonville’s top Hospitals, including roles as Clinical Supervisor and Charge Nurse, helps drive Well&You’s compliance with accreditation standards. Anna oversees the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center while always ensuring safety and quality are the top priorities. A Florida native, Anna is a devoted wife and mom, cherishing the outdoors with her family. Anna’s strategic vision and compassionate leadership make Well&You ASC a trusted destination for personalized care.
Kalie has eleven years of vascular experience as an ultrasound technologist. She trained at Sanford Brown College and was awarded President’s list. She was drawn to Well&You because she wanted to serve a community close to her hometown and contribute to a collaborative clinical team whose shared goal is to get the best health outcomes for all patients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids at the ballpark, going to the beach, and visiting Disney World.
