For the last decade, Dr. Ragu Murthy has had the privilege of serving his community as an invasive cardiologist and founding director of a hospital based vein institute in Jacksonville, Florida. A cardiologist in high demand, Dr. Murthy pioneered and performed deep and superficial vein procedures — from advanced stage vein disease, blood clot removal and rebuilding venous structures to treatment of symptomatic varicose veins. Through his work at a 400 bed busy urban hospital, he healed wounds, relieved debilitating pain, restored people’s ability to walk, and improved their quality of life.

Dr. Murthy is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, a distinction with rigorous standards for education, experience and evaluation. Dr. Murthy earned his undergraduate degree and did his Cardiology training at the University of Florida. He is married to his best friend, Priyanka, an attorney and entrepreneur, and dad to an energetic preschooler.

Dr. Parikh takes great pride in improving the quality of life of his patients. His goal is to return the joy of a stroll in the park with family, a night out dancing with friends, and a good night’s sleep to each of his patients’ lives. As one of the most well-respected interventional radiologists in North Florida and South Georgia, Dr. Parikh brings a high-touch, science-first approach to healing his patients through prostate embolization (for enlarged prostates), and genicular artery embolization (for knee pain), and uterine fibroids. In addition, he has successfully treated patients with blood clots in the lungs, bleeding, kidney cancer, spinal fractures, and other complex conditions.

Dr. Parikh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He graduated from medical school in the top 10 of his class and was awarded induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. He completed a residency and fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Parikh lives in Jacksonville with his wife and their three daughters.

David is committed to providing comprehensive and high-quality, patient-centered care. A master’s in nursing graduate of Jacksonville University, David brings to his practice a strong background in cardiovascular health along with an emphasis on early detection, and effective management of heart and vascular conditions. He has over 15 years of clinical expertise and was an ICU nurse for over 10 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, David served in various COVID ICUs, where he provided critical care to some of the most vulnerable patients. This experience honed his ability to manage complex cases under high-pressure situations, reinforcing his commitment to high-quality care.

David’s experience of treating patients holistically allows him to address chronic and acute issues with compassion and precision. David is passionate about empowering his patients through education and collaborative care, helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Priyanka has built and scaled two direct-to-consumer brands. She has applied her operational and marketing experience in the consumer space toward advancing the Well&You mission of a Better Way to Care. Priyanka’s efforts landed her on Jacksonville Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO list and on the Forbes Next 1000 list of game-changing entrepreneurs. Her work has featured in the Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Nasdaq, and InStyle. In addition to leading Well&You, Priyanka maintains a law practice, specializing in high-stakes healthcare litigation.

Priyanka holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, a Masters from the University of Copenhagen as a Fulbright Scholar, and a law degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law. Priyanka is the mom to an elementary school-aged, curious, and highly active son, and spouse to Ragu, a cardiologist and fellow entrepreneur. Priyanka is a Floridian with nomadic tendencies; she has been to 68 countries and counting and speaks five languages.

Anna brings over five years of critical care expertise to champion exceptional patient care at Well&You. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida, Anna holds a Compact State RN license and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Her leadership in ICU and progressive care at some of Jacksonville's top Hospitals, including roles as Clinical Supervisor and Charge Nurse, helps drive Well&You’s compliance with accreditation standards. Anna oversees the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center while always ensuring safety and quality are the top priorities. A Florida native, Anna is a devoted wife and mom, cherishing the outdoors with her family. Anna’s strategic vision and compassionate leadership make Well&You ASC a trusted destination for personalized care.

Jordan graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCF with a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration and she is currently attending UNF obtaining her Master of Science in Health Administration. In her professional journey, Jordan has accumulated diverse experience working across various healthcare settings. She has experience in Dermatology, Hospital settings, and Nursing Homes, gaining valuable insights into different aspects of healthcare management and patient care.

Savannah proudly graduated from FSCJ with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media. Her dynamic marketing and social media expertise spans a variety of industries, including music, jewelry, nursing bras, branded merchandise, and healthcare. Savannah's diverse experience showcases her adaptability and passion for effective communication across different fields.

Debby is a Certified Medical Assistant with almost a decade of experience in the cardiology and vascular fields. Debby graduated top of her medical assistant class, and her background as a Sergeant in the US Army makes her a highly knowledgeable, disciplined, and competent addition to our team. Debby credits Well&You's patient centric and culture for her growth at the company. She enjoys going to Jaguars football games with her husband and two sons.

Kalie has eleven years of vascular experience as an ultrasound technologist. She trained at Sanford Brown College and was awarded President's list. She was drawn to Well&You because she wanted to serve a community close to her hometown and contribute to a collaborative clinical team whose shared goal is to get the best health outcomes for all patients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids at the ballpark, going to the beach, and visiting Disney World.

Kennedy is a skilled sonographer who began her career in travel ultrasound, exploring a wide range of specialties before discovering her passion for vascular surgery. She trained at the University of Oklahoma, specializing in Vascular, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Cardiac, Abdomen, and Breast sonography. After completing her work at a Level I trauma vascular surgery hospital, Kennedy was drawn to Well&You by her dedication to helping patients move more freely and without discomfort.

In her free time, Kennedy enjoys baking, spending time at the beach, and practicing barre.
